Register NOW for Healthy Eating Active Living: Active Living in Natural Spaces.

We hope you’ll join us for a lunch-and-learn focused on free resources to strengthen active living programming. We’ll host this learning circle on October 18 at Cliffs of the Neuse State Park just outside of Goldsboro. See link below for registration.

This gathering is ideal for community and church groups working to get people moving!

There is no fee to participate, but *registration is required*. Registrations are limited to *three participants per group*.

These events are open to the first 25 registrants at each location!!

  • Explore benefits of and barriers to spending time in nature.
  • Learn simple strategies to bring the outdoors to your programs.
